Mee Siam - Truly Singaporean



This is what kept Mummy busy the past 4 - 5 days. Peeling, dicing, pounding/grinding of onions, chillis and other exotic Asian ingredients that go into thick pastes that are fried into the noodles and another for making into the gravy, for this delicious Singaporean dish called - MEE SIAM.
Many families have their own version for this dish, but this unique recipe was passed down to Mummy by her late mother-in-law, and it still is a hot favourite among our family and friends (-not to mention that its Daddy's fave dish-). This was ready for pick-up for one of her friends' parties she catered for this weekend.
